Probably gunslinger. Seems super fun and engaging, and has a skill ceiling high enough that you can sink time into and constantly get better. The animations are smooth, most can be dash canceled which makes it easy to dodge. The 60% shield from transformation (and the 50% shield from fiery escape) is VERY nice everywhere there is chip damage or dots. With that being said my top 3 picks for highest DPS when played properly are Barrage Artillerist, Igniter Sorc, and Empress Arcana.
